Provisional Itinerary
Arrive
Arrive New York around 15:15 and then proceed for Immigration. After immigration, meet and greet by our local representative at the luggage counter. Sit and relax at your luxurious coach and proceed to your hotel. After check in formalities, get freshen up and relax. Later in the evening proceed for hot and delicious dinner.

New York City tour
After a buffet breakfast at your hotel, get set to go for an exciting ride of cruise to the Liberty Island for a close-up view of “The Statue of Liberty”. Then proceed for Lunch at the restaurant. Next we proceed on a guided city tour of the ‘Big Apple’ as you drive past the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, United Nations’ Headquarters overlooking the East River, Union Station, pass through Wall Street and central park, Trump Towers and the Times Square – The Heart of the Entertainment District. Visit Empire state building at 86th Floor. Later in the evening will drop you at “Time Square” at night which is the neon hub of New York City and the world’s most visited tourist attraction. After full day of fun and excitement, we proceed to restaurant of our Dinner.

New York- Washington
City tour of Washington. Visit Hershey’s Chocolate factory
After a buffet breakfast at the hotel, check out from the hotel and proceed to Hershey’s Chocolate Outlet. Next we proceed to the Smithsonian Institution – The World’s Largest Museum Complex, which includes The National Air and Space Museum. Later in the evening proceed to proceed for delicious dinner.

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Buffalo via Road. En-route will have delicious lunch at the restaurant. Arrive Buffalo, check in the hotel and relax. Delicious dinner at the local restaurant

Fly to Orlando/ Miami
After breakfast from the hotel, procced for Maid of the Mist in Niagara Falls (as per official communication from the Maid of the mist, it will operate only after 16th April, 2017. In case if it is operating before that we will inform you in advance) and then check out. After the formalities, we proceed to Airport to take a flight from Buffalo to Orlando. Arrive Orlando, on arrival meet and greet by our local representative and proceed to your hotel at your luxuries coach. Next we proceed for lunch at the restaurant. Get freshen up and relax. Later in the evening proceed for your dinner.

This full-day tour takes visitor to the amazing Space Center complex and includes admission to both the Center and the Hall of Fame. Guests may even be greeted by an astronaut upon their arrival!
The visitor’s center at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida was founded in 1967 and sees more than 1.5 million visitors every year. Interestingly, the facility has been completely financially independent since 1995, meaning it receives no government funding. The Complex is also home to the Apollo/Saturn V Center, whose centrepiece is a restored Saturn V launch vehicle, and the US Astronaut Hall of Fame, which is focus on the accumulation and display of personal astronaut artifacts.

Advance payment of 40% per person has to be paid as an advance payment and it’s not refundable.
- Cancellation made between 20 days before departure 50% of the tour cost will be charged as penalty.
- Cancellation made between 15 days before departure, 80 % of the tour cost will be charged as penalty.
- 10 days less / prior / Or No show on the tour 100 % of the tour cost will be charged
- In Case of visas rejection, no visas amount will be refunded back to the passengers.
- If you wish to travel in advance or deviate from the tour, additional charges will be applicable.

- Passengers joining this tour directly must travel to / from their hub city on their own expense.
- The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as of 10th October, 2014. Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in fuel price, change in Government regulations, Ticket taxes etc charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passenger. Amazing Holidays will not be held responsible for the same.
- Meals at all the destinations are pre-set and a-la-carte is not possible. Continental breakfasts will be served throughout the tour.
- Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during the stay shall be payable by the passengers. Amazing Holidays will not be liable for the same.
- We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed necessary.
- The cost of extension of validity of ticket is not included in Tour price.
- For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all services will remain the same.
- The tour price is subject to increase without notice if the rate of exchange changes substantially prior to departure.
- The Company reserves the right to alter the order of the itinerary. The same will be informed to the client before departure.
- Due to Trade Fairs and conventions in the cities, it is possible that the hotel accommodation provided would be outside the city. The same will be informed in advance.
- Hotels mentioned are subject to availability.
- Passengers can board the tour from the hub city. Those boarding from any other city can do so, however all expenses to/ from the hub city is to be borne by the passengers.
- There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour.
- The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.

- Standard check-in time for the hotels is 1400hrs while check-out is at 1200hrs.
- The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger.
